Pending Deployments
As a MSL Agent, you have the ability to view deployments waiting to be deployed based on the date and time.
CAPX Material
Navigate to Pending Deployments
- Select “CAPX” from the carousel at the top of the page.
- Click on “Pending Deployments” from the home menu.
(Blue indicator represents the number of pending deployments.)
Understanding Pending Deployments
All deployments are in order by date with the most current date at the top of the page.
- Each card represents a deployment. All deployments have:
- Pick-up authorization number
- Appointment time for deployment
- Sitekits per deployment
- Contracting company
- Number of pallets
*Pending deployments show current day and next business day only.
All appointments are included; manual and app scheduled.
Understanding Pending Deployments
Deployments that have not been staged will appear under ‘Pending Deployments’.
Unstaged deployments that appear under ‘Pending Deployments’ will be shown with a red outline and ‘unstaged’ pill.
To stage unstaged deployments in ‘Pending Deployments’, please click on the outlined card and refer to the ‘Staging’ section of this user guide.
