Quality Control & Pallet Creation
As a MSL Agent, you have the ability to perform QC functions and create a pallet, if needed.
Create Pick
- 1. After Inventory is received, the LPN’s will appear under the Inventory menu inside of AIMS+.
- 2. You will then scan the LPN you wish to create a pick for and after scanning you will be prompted to QC by scanning each UID assigned to the LPN.
- 3. Once the UID’s are scanned, the QC’d columns will populate an updated username and time stamp.
- 4. After QC is completed, you will scroll down on the same inventory screen, and select the LPN’s you wish to create picks for. Once selected, click on the create pick option and select OK to proceed with the checked LPNs.
- 5. You will see a message confirming picks were created. If multiple LPN’s were selected, you will see unique authorizations created by LPN.
