In-Transit Material

PMs have the ability to track MSL inbound material in real time with a predicted time of availability

Track Material

After selecting the ‘Track Material’ link you will be directed to the following page. Here you can see the material status in real-time.

Early Assignment
Confirm Early Material Assignment

After selecting the appropriate Company and Construction Week, confirm assignment by selecting the ‘Assign’ button.

Assign Material

After you have assigned the material, you will be taken back to the ‘In-Transit’ table. A green confirmation banner will appear to acknowledge successful assignment.

In-Stock Material

PMs have the ability to assign material to CMs or GCs for scheduling and pick-up

Choose material to assign

Select this box to select all material in the table view.

To select material individually, select the checkbox.

The ‘Assign’ button will activate when at least one item is selected. Material selected must be assigned to a single GC (eg. selecting 4 kits can only be assigned to one GC).

Confirm Material Assignment

Using the dropdown, select Construction Week and Company. Material will be grouped by BAT BOM ID (Select SAP Code to view kit details). After selecting the appropriate Company and Construction Week, confirm assignment by selecting the ‘Assign’ button.

After you have assigned the material, you will be taken back to the ‘In-Stock’ table. A green confirmation banner will appear to acknowledge successful assignment.

Request Entitlement Override
View material packing slip details

Users have the ability to export site kit details to a PDF document.

Select button to request EC Override

Asset tags are identified and listed when applicable.​

Request Entitlement Override
Upon requesting an Entitlement Override, the user must fill out the following:

Confirm VP approval

Enter the person you got approval by

Enter your reason for requesting the Entitlement Override

Submit your request. Users will be notified of a decision, if denied, the user will not be able to submit another request for that sitekit.

Unscheduled Material

PMs can monitor the status of site kits and have the ability to unassign pick-ups for re-assignment

To Unassign Material

Select the ‘Unassign’ to unassign material for re-assignment.

Schedule Material

PMs can monitor the status of site kits and have the ability to view materials that are scheduled for pick-up

Confirm Cancellation

After selecting the appropriate reason for cancelling a pick-up, confirm cancellation by selecting the ‘yes’ or ‘no’ button.

After you have cancelled a pick-up, you will be taken back to the ‘In-Stock’ table. A green confirmation banner will appear to acknowledge successful assignment.

Deployed Material

PMs can monitor the status of site kits and have the ability to review material that has been deployed based on date and time

View Authorization

After clicking ‘View Authorization’ you will see a pop-up screen that shows the digital signature of the individual who picked up the material.

Review Digital Receipt

After clicking, ‘Download PDF’ you have the ability to save the receipt of the kit details for further review.

Return Requests

Project managers have the ability to approve, reject, or adjust Return Requests submitted by a project manager, construction manager, general contractor, or technician.

Approving a Return Request

After reviewing the return details, select the ‘Approve’ button to approve the return request. Once a request is approved the contractor will then have the ability to schedule for drop-off and shipments.

Return Approved

After you have approved the request, you will be taken back to the ‘Return Requests’ table. A green confirmation banner will appear to acknowledge successful approval.

Rejecting a Return Request

After reviewing the return details, select the ‘Reject’ button to reject the return request. Once a request is rejected the contractor will then have the opportunity to modify the request and resubmit.

Provide a reason for why the return was rejected, then select the ‘Next’ button to confirm. Once a request is rejected the contractor will then have the opportunity to modify the request and resubmit.

Rejection Confirmation

After providing the appropriate reason for rejecting a return request, confirm the decision by selecting the ‘Yes, reject’ or ‘Cancel’ button.

After you have rejected a return request, you will be taken back to the ‘Return Requests’ table. A green confirmation banner will appear to acknowledge successful rejection.

Requesting an Adjustment

After reviewing the return details and an adjustment needs to be made to the return order, select the ‘Add Note’ button to provide a reason/explanation for what needs to be adjusted on the order.

After selecting ‘Add Note’ button, complete the following to request an adjustment on the return request:

The ‘Request Adjustment’ button will activate when a note has been provided for at least one return item. A return request cannot be approved once a note has been added.

Adjustment Request Confirmation

After providing the appropriate reason for requesting an adjustment for a return request, confirm the decision by selecting the ‘Yes, submit’ or ‘Cancel’ button.

After you have requested an adjustment for a return request, you will be taken back to the ‘Return Requests’ table. A green confirmation banner will appear to acknowledge successful rejection.

Pending Returns

Project managers have the ability to view returns that have been approved.

Completed Returns

Project managers have the ability to review returns that have been completed based on date and time.

Navigate to Completed Returns

Expand ‘Return Management – Monitor’ category.

Click on ‘Completed Returns’ from the navigation on the left hand side of the screen.

Select the dropdown to switch between markets.

Select a ‘Return #’ to view return receipt which includes packing slip details.

Global Search

PMs have the ability to search database by Site ID, Kit SAP, BAT BOM ID, Company, & Asset Tag.

Perform Global Search

Select a category that you would like to search by. Categories include Asset Tag, BAT BOM ID, Company, Kit SAP, and Site ID.

Fill in based on the category selected. (e.g. Site ID – LA01247)

Select the enter key on your key board or select the search icon within the left navigation to see the search results

Search Results (In-Transit)

Select the dropdown to switch between markets.

The results returned are sorted based on the current status. Status’ include In-Transit, In-Stock, Unscheduled, Scheduled, and Deployed.

Select SAP Code to view pick-up receipt which includes packing slip details.

Track material link provides real time tracking and will open a new window in your browser.

The ‘Cancel’ button will activate when at least one item is selected. Pick-Ups can only be cancelled if there is an Auth# associated with that pick (All items with the same Auth# will be selected for cancellation).
