Pending Deployments

As a MSL Agent, you have the ability to view deployments waiting to be deployed based on the date and time.

(Blue indicator represents the number of pending deployments.)

Understanding Pending Deployments: Pick-Ups

All pending service deployments are in sorted based on in-person pick-up or direct shipment. Cards are in order by appointment date with the most current date and time at the top of the page.

The ‘pick-up’ tab represents material that is awaiting pick-up.

Understanding Pending Deployements Pick-Ups

After selecting a card, the deployment screen displays the order information.

You will digitally sign for the material, replacing the physical signature on the packing slip. This will be stored as half of the digital handshake acknowledging acceptance and initiating the exchange of custody.

When done reviewing material, select the ‘Deploy Sitekits’ button to complete the deployment.

Staged Deployment Confirmation

After confirming deployment, you will be taken back to the ‘Home’ screen. Once an order has been deployed it will move to ‘Completed Service.

You will receive a confirmation toast at the bottom of the screen stating that ‘the pick-up is now released to the Tech’s custody’.

Understanding Pending Service: Shipments

All pending service deployments are in sorted based on in-person pick-up or direct shipment. Cards are in order by appointment date with the most current date and time at the top of the page.

The ‘shipment’ tab represents material that is awaiting to be deployed for shipment.

After selecting a card, the deployment screen displays the order information.

You will need to enter the ‘Shipping Company’ and scan the ‘Tracking Information’ to continue. If multiple LPNs, tracking information must be entered per LPN.

After filling in the required fields, select ‘Next’ to sign and complete the deployment.
