Unstaged Deployments
As a MSL Agent, you have the ability to stage service material deployments.
Service Material
Navigate to Unstaged Deployements
- Select “Service” from the carousel at the top of the page.
- Click on “Unstaged Deployments” from the home menu.
(Blue indicator represents the number of pending deployments.)
Understanding Stage
Scan any item UID, Asset Tag, or Serial Number in the staging area to begin the Sort-to-Order process.
Orders to be staged will be listed under the scan button. Each card represents an order. All orders have:
- Authorization Number
- Appointment Date/Time
- Staging Location
- Priority Type
- Pick-Up Type
(Cards outlined in red represent a pick-up past its appointment date/time.)
Priority Types
- in-person pick-up
- overnight shipping
- standard shipping
- replan order (re-stock)
Damaged UID, Asset Tag, or Serial Number Label
In the case that a label is damaged and cannot be scanned, select the ‘Damaged Label’ link to manually enter the UID, Asset Tag, or Serial Number.
Assign to LPN
After scanning an item UID, Asset Tag, or Serial Number, this item must now be assigned to an LPN.
- Scanned item UID, Asset Tag, or Serial Number information:
- Authorization Number
- Appointment date/time
- Item UID, Asset Tag, or Serial Number
- Item Description
- SKU
Damaged LPN Label
In the case that a label is damaged and cannot be scanned, select the ‘Damaged Label’ link to manually enter the pallet number.
LPN Overview
After assigning an item to an LPN the assigned LPN will be shown under ‘Assigned LPN’ and in the LPN dropdown.
Scan additional items to assign it to the scanned LPN.
Next Item on Order
After scanning the next item on the order, scan the assigned LPN. Continue assigning items to an LPN until the LPN is full.
If there is no more room on the assigned LPN, select ‘LPN Full’ .
LPN Full
After scanning additional items to a pick-up appointment and there is no more room on an LPN, select the ‘LPN Full’ button.
Any additional scanned items must be assigned to a new LPN .
LPN Full Confirmation
After pressing the ‘LPN Full’ button, confirm the decision of designating an LPN full.
Any additional scanned items must be assigned to a new LPN .
Scan New LPN
After designating an LPN full, assign the scanned item to a new LPN.
- Scanned item UID, Asset Tag, or Serial Number information:
- Authorization Number
- Appointment date/time
- Item UID, Asset Tag, or Serial Number
- Item Description
LPN Overview
The assigned LPN will be shown under ‘Assigned LPN’ and in the LPN dropdown. Full LPNs will be shown with a ‘full’ status pill.
Select the scan item button to scan another item to the existing LPN or add it to a new LPN.
Staging Orders
Select the ‘Stage’ button when material is ready to be deployed for an authorized pick-up.
Confirm Staging Orders
After pressing the ‘Stage’ button on the previous screen, confirm the decision to stage the deployment.
Staged Deployment Confirmation
After confirming deployment, you will be taken back to the ‘Order(s) to Stage’ screen. Once a deployment has been staged it will move to ‘Pending Deployments’.
You will receive a confirmation toast at the bottom of the screen stating that ‘Auth # has been ‘staged’.
Scan any additional items in the staging area to be sorted. If there are no items to be staged, select the back button to the home page.
