Unfilled Orders
Technicians have the ability to monitor Service Material orders that are awaiting fulfillment.
Service Material
Navigate to Unfilled Orders
- Select “Service” from the carousel at the top of the page.
- Click on “Unfilled Orders” from the home menu.
(Blue indicator represents the number of pending deployments.)
Understanding Unfilled Orders
All orders are arranged by newest to oldest, meaning the most current date at the top of the page.
- Each card represents an order. All orders have:
- Authorization Number
- Appointment date/time for pick-up
- Number of lines
- Priority Type
- Pick-Up Type
- in-person pick-up
- overnight shipping
- standard shipping
- replan order (re-stock)
