In-Stock Material
PMs have the ability to assign material to CMs or GCs for scheduling and pick-up.
Order Management
Navigate to In-Stock Material
- Expand the ‘Assign’ category.
- Click on “In-Stock Material” from the navigation on the left hand side of the screen.
- Select the dropdown to switch between markets.
- Search is available by Site ID.
- Select SAP Code to view packing slip details page.
View material packing slip details
Packing slip details include a pick information summary at the top, followed by a digital view of the packing slip. Details include:
- SAP code
- Quantity
- Description
- Asset Tag Codes
- Users have the ability to export site kit details to a PDF document.
- Asset tags are identified and listed when applicable.
Choose material to assign
- Select this box to select all material in the table view.
- To select material individually, select the checkbox.
- The ‘Assign’ button will activate when at least one item is selected. Material selected must be assigned to a single GC (eg. selecting 4 kits can only be assigned to one GC).
Assign Material
- Use dropdown to select Construction Week.
- Use dropdown to select Company.
- Material will be grouped by BAT BOM ID (Select SAP Code to view kit details).
- Select ‘Next’ to continue.
Confirm Material Assignment
Using the dropdown, select Construction Week and Company. Material will be grouped by BAT BOM ID (Select SAP Code to view kit details). After selecting the appropriate Company and Construction Week, confirm assignment by selecting the ‘Assign’ button.
Assign Material
After you have assigned the material, you will be taken back to the ‘In-Stock’ table. A green confirmation banner will appear to acknowledge successful assignment.
Request Entitlement Override
- A sitekits is not Entitlement Complete. Information icon is not clickable.
- Select Site to view packing slip details page. Entitlement Override request can be made here.

- Users have the ability to export site kit details to a PDF document.
- Select button to request EC Override
- Asset tags are identified and listed when applicable.
Request Entitlement Override
- Upon requesting an Entitlement Override, the user must fill out the following:
- Confirm VP approval
- Enter the person you got approval by
- Enter your reason for requesting the Entitlement Override
- Submit your request. Users will be notified of a decision, if denied, the user will not be able to submit another request for that sitekit.
