Completed Returns
As a Technician Manager, you have the ability to review completed returns based on the date and time.
Navigate to Completed Returns
- Select “Return” from the carousel at the top of the page.
- Click on “Completed Returns” from the home menu.
Understanding Completed Returns
All returns are in order by date completed with the most current date at the top of the page.
Each card represents a return. All returns have:
- TMS/TMP number
- Date Created
*Completed Return cards are available for two weeks following pick-up.
*All returns are available via search but will not proactively show if older than two weeks.

- Part(s) returned
- Recorded signature of the Technician who performed the Goods Acceptance
- Recorded signature of the Tellworks employee who performed the Goods Deployment
