National Regional Managers have the ability to view all approved or denied CX Block requests submitted by General Contractors.

Understanding CX Block Override History
- Expand ‘Construction’ category.
- Click on ‘CX Block Override History’ from the navigation on the left hand side of the screen.
- Select the dropdown to filter between region, market, MSL, or project.
- Select SAP Code to view packing slip details page.
- Once a request has been ‘approved’ or ‘denied’ it will move to ‘CX Block Override History’.
