Rejected Requests
National Regional Managers have the ability to view all rejected account requests.
Understanding User Management
- Expand ‘User Management’ category.
- Click on ‘Rejected Requests’ from the navigation on the left hand side of the screen.
- Select the dropdown arrow to view more details about the user.
- Information on who rejected the request is listed in the user detail dropdown.
