Completed Returns
As a Field Technician, you have the ability to review completed returns based on the date and time.
Navigate to Completed Returns
- Select “Return” from the carousel at the top of the page.
- Click on “Completed Returns” from the home menu.
Understanding Completed Returns
All returns are in order by date completed with the most current date at the top of the page.
- Each card represents a return. All returns have:
- TMS/TMP number
- Date Created
*Completed Return cards are available for two weeks following pick-up.
*All returns are available via search but will not proactively show if older than two weeks.

- Part(s) returned
- Recorded signature of the Technician who performed the Goods Acceptance
- Recorded signature of the Tellworks employee who performed the Goods Deployment
